Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
• Client Rescheduling: We allow one complimentary reschedule per appointment, provided you give at least 48–72 hours' notice.
• Artist Rescheduling: In the event of artist illness or emergency, we will prioritize rescheduling your session as soon as the artist is healthy. Please note that deposits remain non-refundable in these instances and will transfer to your new date.
• Expiration: Deposits must be utilized within 90 days of the payment date. If you are rescheduling a follow-up session, the new date must be booked within 30–45 days of the original appointment to remain valid.
