Cold and Flu Season is here! We designed Mayhem for Covid to keep all safe. How?

Tattoo Shops will say that they love the open concept but being in the industry for over 10 yrs and speaking to thousands of clients most prefer the private booths. We built Mayhem Tattoo Salem NH just before covid and we finished during covid so we took all the extra steps to keep clients and artists safe.

Mayhem Tattoo is all one level with a large private parking lot and entrance.

Client's Waiting Area: We have seating for five in the immediate front, and seating for five on each side of the shop along with lots of extra room.

Tattoo Booths: Approximately 10x12'

Bathroom: Huge and definitely designed for all.

HEPA Filtration along with XPOWER Air Purifier that cleans 3000 sq feet in 8 minutes. I personally bought this for extra safety.

I am a germaphobe and wipe down area, clip boards, pins, and all common area's throughout the day.

We follow strict sterilization protocols to ensure the safety of our clients. Our shop is clean and welcoming, and our artists are trained in all aspects of safety and hygiene. IMayhem’s dedication to “safety”:I perform internal audits and if I find an issue the artist will receive an “failed” audit log and must correct within 48 hours or we part ways with them. The frustrating part is that last three artist that failed the internal audit left and opened a new shop not fixing the issue just moving it to another location with no one over seeing them. Tattoo ink made outside a process controlled environment is not safe. If you happen to go into the newest tattoo shop in Salem ask to see their red tattoo ink data sheets and auto clave test “pass” logs. If using steel tubes the artist should be opening from sterilizing package that is dated and have a lab report for monthly testing on the autoclave.
