WE DO NOT guarantee tattoo touch up for cover-ups therefore, we do not offer a Free Touch Up. Any additional work required will be considered new work at full charge.
On almost all cover-ups you will still see a little hint of the old tattoo behind the new one.
Colors of the new tattoo will blend with or be affected by the original tattoo colors. As your tattoo heals, more of the original tattoo may bleed through & other sessions may be required.

FREE TATTOO TOUCH UP must be scheduled with the original artist.

If you feel your tattoo requires a "Free" Touch UP you will be required to make your appointment online and upload a picture of your healed tattoo and a brief what you believe needs to be touched up.

Does the tattoo require a "touch up"? Often clients hear "Free Touch Up" and the word "Free" makes them feel they have to take advantage of a "Free" tattoo touch up however:

You never want the artist to back into the tattoo if it is not needed.
All tattoos will have some fading once healed, this is not a touch up it is a healed tattoo.
Adding more color is not a "Free" Touch Up.

After review of the free tattoo touch up picture we speak with the original artist:

If you reason is valid, we will ask the original artist to pay another artist to touch up their tattoo.
If the original artist is no longer with Mayhem, we will locate the original artist for you or offer our exceedingly small percent towards another artist doing the touch up.

I am confident with the team of artist we currently have this will not be an issue. We have a team of professional tattoo artists, a team of excellence!
