Prices shown are list prices and are subject to change based on individual artist's skill set.
Free Consultation: Estimate given at the time of your Free Consultation is an estimate based on first review of your tattoo and is subject to change based on the final tattoo design. Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of your consultation.
Half or Full Day Sessions: If you did not have a Free Tattoo Consultation prior to booking your tattoo appointment: A Free Tattoo Consultation is required prior to your tattoo appointment. It is up to you to schedule within 7-14 days of your tattoo appointment. If a Free Tattoo Consultation is not scheduled, Artist may reschedule your tattoo appointment. If not rescheduled, be prepared to pay the artists for design and drawing time. Contact artist/shop if you are having difficulties scheduling.
Group Deposits: When we have a "Group" tattoo session request we will often allow one deposit per the "Group". Person scheduling the appointment will be the responsible party for payment of the "Group" session. If for any reasons there are any price disputes credit card on file will be charged. If you do not agree, please have each person schedule their own appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Appointment Policy: Deposits are NOT refundable. If you cancel your appointment your deposit WILL NOT be returned so please make sure you are committed to your tattoo prior to booking the appointment. We allow one schedule change within a 48-72 hour notice and if the Artist is out "sick" per the State of NH they cannot tattoo and your appointment will be rescheduled once they are back and healthy.
All deposits must be used within 90 days of the date left unless carried over to next scheduled appointment. If carried over, next appointment must be scheduled within 30-45 days of the prior session.
We allow one additional person in the shop as your hand holder.
Artist will confirm if they will allow one additional person inside the booth.
Artist are Independent Subcontractors and any tattoo or pricing issues must be addressed with the artist first. Please show them the respect and reach out to them with any issues prior to contacting the front desk. If for any reason the artist is not responding Mayhem Tattoo will then step in on your behalf.
